This is one of Britain's most famous pull-through caves, with several entrances to choose from. All entrances on the moors above the resurgence drop quickly with some entering the master system through sumps. The resurgence area of the cave comprises of a network of about 6.7km of sumped passage, making for both the longest underwater network in Britain as well as the longest single through-dive in Britain, at 3km from Keld Head to King Pot (the King Pot upstream connection to Brown Hill Pot is not part of the same sump). In the area just above the sumps, the streamway is a classic vadose trench under a phreatic tube. Anybody got a camera...
